CAPITOL HILL— And now, an update on Linda Derschang's Tallulah's, coming to 19th and Madison later this year: A chef has been hired! And a bar manager! Chef Walter Edward, late of Oddfellows, Smith, Crush and Tilth will be heading up the kitchen. Kristian Unvericht, a former manager of Quinn's, will be in charge of front of the house shenanigans, and Marley Tomic-Beard will be managing the bar program, while still keeping her post at Smith. QUEEN ANNE— Pho Cyclo is coming to Dexter Ave. later this month. The new spot (location #5) will be situated in South Lake Union/Lower Queen Anne at 900 Dexter Avenue N., open daily from 10 am to 10 pm and offering free lunch delivery ($20 min). As with the other locations, this new spot will specialize in pho, Vietnamese beef noodle soup, authentic banh mi, bun rice noodle dishes, spring rolls and more.
