Today's the big day for La Bodega, a Dominican-style (mostly sandwich) shop that has been on Seattle's culinary radar for more than a year. Manu Alfau opens the doors of his tiny Pioneer Square eatery just in time for folks to flock to the counter for his signature puerco asado (roast pork) sandwich for lunch. La Bodega is open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
