Always one to watch his tongue when it came to opening date details of his wine bar, David Butler has finally gone and done it. In a Saturday email, Butler writes, "Well, I did it last night…last minute…with no warning. I just opened the goddamned place up. This is what it looked liked as I leapt into the void."
