The Old Sage

Seattle Times restaurant critic Providence Cicero names her best bites of 2013. Among the plentiful list of tastes and trends: The Old Sage's amberjack was "particularly magical," Agrodolce's boldly seasoned chickpea cakes and Bar Cantinetta's arancini were both "outstanding savory fritters." Also spectacular: the oven-bronzed roast chicken at The Whale Wins and the "oh-so-tender" braised lamb shoulder at Westward. [Seattle Times]
