After a brisk inaugural two weeks of business, Roux is now serving lunch weekdays from 11 am to 3 pm. The menu includes nearly a dozen varieties of po boys (fried oyster, blt, creole pork, etc.), red beans & rice, jambalaya and other Where Ya At Matt favorites (the entire line-up is posted online).
