Jason Stoneburner is Seattle's Hottest Chef 2013

The winner of this year's Seattle's Hottest Chef competition is the aptly name Jason StoneBURNER because he's a chef who's HOT!

Eater readers voted, crowning the Bastille chef (and muse for his forthcoming namesake restaurant) the Hottest Chef in all the land — okay, just Seattle. If you see him, make sure he knows to claim his prize...which doesn't exist. But if he doesn't mind the occasional douche punch, he does get bragging rights. Stoneburner beat out 26 other foxy chefs, including his toughest rival, Adrienne Chamberlain of Etta's, who was squeaked out of the win by about a dozen votes.

Soon, Stoneburner will represent Seattle in a national Hot Chef sizzle-off, featuring cooks from all of the other Eater cities. Congratulations to Mr. Stoneburner — and to all of the readers who took the time to nominate chefs and vote in the contest. And a special heart-shaped candy-flavored "thank you" to all who put up with this silly competition. Looking at hotties isn't the worst way to spend a Valentine's Day, right?
