All eyes are on Ethan Stowell's Bar Cotto, which is getting ready to open at any moment. During a practice run last night, chef Zach Chambers said the new spot adjacent to Anchovies & Olives would be open by Friday at the latest.
The menu is heavy on charcuterie and wood-fired pizzas. But it's Lambrusco that Stowell seems most excited about campaigning for in Tall Boy Land.
