Whether or not big-shot José Andrés opens a restaurant inside the new luxury hotel being planned for the Fifth and Columbia Tower, it's going to be a big restaurant, nonetheless. The hotel will have 30,000 square feet of yet-to-be-announced restaurants and clubs.
