SEATTLE— A fleet (yes, fleet) of Ezell's fried chicken food trucks are expected to launch in April. Nosh Pit reports that Phylicia Davidson, daughter of Ezell's Famous Chicken cofounder Lewis Rudd, and business partner Jennifer Stephens (Rudd's niece) are planning to roll out multiple trucks as part of Ezell's Express. [Seattle Met]
CAPITOL HILL— Capitol Hill Seattle visits Porchlight Coffee & Records's new space on E. Pike next door to Old School Frozen Custard. The coffee and record shop just completed an around-the-corner move from 14th Ave. to make way for a — you guessed it — new apartment building. [CHS]
QUEEEN ANNE— Sam Crannell of LloydMartin is planning an April 1 tapas pop-up at his upper QA restaurant — and no, that is no joke. The menu is still being finalized, but you can bet there will be an update on the website as the April Fools date approaches. [Seattle Met]
