Smells Like Green Spirit

Perhaps the only thing that could upstage the formidable Canlis restaurant is the Canlis Salad. It's the iconic dish that proved the ultimate undoing for Top Chef Seattle contestant Chrissy and this week's featured recipe in The New York Times.
