LloydMartin's tapas pop-up not only has a name now, Diversión, it has a menu, which was just flown over by carrier pigeons via the restaurant's PR team. This is how serious the dinner is.
The one night only shindig is happening April 1 at Eater Seattle 2012 Chef of the Year winner Sam Crannell's upper Queen Anne restaurant. The restaurant opens at 4 pm and reservations are not accepted.
The casual Spanish-style menu includes fried anchovies with candy floss, Ibérico pork cheek with Gigante beans, and 64 degree egg, chorizo and crispy potato.
Tapas will be in the $3-$12 range. Beverages will be Spanish wines, Estrella beer and spanish cocktails.
