Meander's Pulls Plug on Homophobic Singer

Meander's Kitchen was going to host singer-songwriter Michelle Shocked next month as part of her Roadworks 2013: 25 Ears of Short Sharp Shocked tour, but no more. The White Center restaurant canceled her scheduled performance after she launched into an anti-gay rant on stage last night in San Francisco, of all places.

Meanders' posted the above status update on their Facebook page today. So far, none of the commenters seem to mind the change of plans.
