Kraken Congee, the new pop-up heading to upper Queen Anne's Grub on April 1, has released their menu. It showed up late last night on Facebook. It's split up into three sections: finger food, spoon food (four types of congee) and sweet food. As for beverages, Shane Tyler Robinson, one of the three guys behind Kraken, says:
We are thinking beer, soda, green tea, and booze. Wine doesn't seem to fit with the menu.
Either way, he says there will probably be very limited booze because they want to keep it simple.
The dinner is from 5 to 9 pm. It's walk-in only, which means there's a chance you won't get a table. Says Robinson, "That' why we'll be cranking out 'to go' congee."
