Why Don't You Stay Just a Little Bit Longer, Rover's?

The Chef in the Hat, aka Thierry Rautureau, has extended the closing date of his Madison Valley restaurant, Rover's. In his newsletter today he explained:

Kathy (his wife) and I would like to thank you for your patronage and great support. Due to the overwhelming response, we are extending the closing date of Rover's to Sunday, June 23rd!

Rautureau does indeed have another project up his chef's coat sleeve, but is staying mum on the subject for now.
