SEATTLE— The SLU Lunchbox Laboratory is hosting an in-store performance this Saturday at 3 pm with local band SEACATS. In honor of the release of their new single called 7" Burger, the Lab will create a special SEACATS burger: an American-Style kobe beef patty with mac & cheese, skinny fries (yes, mac & cheese and fries on the burger!), iceberg lettuce, red onion and homemade dill pickle. Yep, that definitely sounds like a 4-20 burger. Come check it out and grab a copy of their limited edition 7'' vinyl. [EaterWire]
