DOWNTOWN— Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails has announced an opening date. The new restaurant moving into the downtown Red Lion will open Friday, April 19. Occupying the former Terrace Garden Restaurant space, Frolik will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, as well as an extended happy hour selection of specialty cocktails ($4), draft beers ($4), house wine ($5) and shareable plates ($5) from 4-10 pm. SEATTLE— MOD Pizza, a pioneer of fast casual pie, will open their first store outside of Washington state sometime this summer. MOD's ninth location will be located in the Cedar Hills Crossing shopping center in Beaverton, Oregon.
