Rachael Coyle, the former pastry chef at Le Pichet and Café Presse, will be debuting her bakery project, Coyle's Bakeshop, in pop-up form. As are most pop-ups, it's a first step to opening her own brick-and-mortar.
Coyle will be launching this new project Saturday, May 4, from 9 am to noon at Book Larder. She says, "I'll be rolling out about 20 items from the Bakeshop menu. Come by for a freshly-baked croissant, some sticky toffee pudding, a bag of maple-pecan granola, or a pistachio praline cream puff!"
How about one of each?
Coyle's upcoming May classes include Mastering Puff Pastry, Croissant Class and Spring Pies. Price of admission is $55. There's also an hour-long Lunch Break Class every Monday starting at 12 pm for $25
You can keep up with her on the Coyle's Bakeshop Facebook page.
