Walla Walla's Terroirist

New, 2 comments

New York Times wine critic Eric Asimov has a nice write up about Walla Walla geology professor Kevin Pogue, who's become somewhat of a spokesman for the potential of Washington terroirs and the wines they produce. "The importance of the work of Dr. Pogue," says Asimov, "signals the increasing maturity and seriousness of the Washington wine industry." [NYT]
