FEDERAL WAY— The couple behind Lumpia World food truck is opening a place in Federal Way. Nosh Pit reports the storefront on 1610 South 341st Street will open Wednesday, April 10, and will start with lunch service Tuesday through Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm with plans to expand to brunch and dinner soon.
