PK and Wiley Frank, owners of Little Uncle, the popular Thai takeout nook in Capitol Hill, just picked up the keys to their new brick and mortar. Their offshoot is an underground location on 1st and Yesler in the old Marcus' Martini Heaven space.
Wiley, formerly of Lark, says we can expect a "greatest hits" menu when they open this summer, and cooking classes are also on the horizon for the duo at their second location.
If you dig eating your Chiang Mai noodles and braised beef cheek buns at one of the outside tables on Madison, not to fret — Little Uncle's Capitol Hill takeout spot is staying put.
