Spinasse's Jason Stratton to Open 'Aragona'

The streets have been abuzz with hints of a new project from Spinasse's Jason Stratton for some time now, and as of this morning, the cat is officially out of the bag. Via newsletter:

Jason and his team are very excited to announce plans for a new restaurant coming late summer/early fall. Aragona, a contemporary Spanish restaurant, will reflect Jason's passion and interpretation of the traditional and modern dishes of Spain.

Currently, we are in process of securing a location in downtown Seattle that will offer a beautiful dining room, bar and private dining spaces that will be an ideal destination for lunch and dinner. As one of Jason's loyal fans, we wanted to make sure that you were some of the first to know about his plans.
