'Some Random Bar' to Replace C.S. Finnegan's

At least that's what it says on the permit issued last week by the Liquor Control Board for the space on Belltown's First Avenue, next to Black Bottle, occupied all-too-briefly by C.S. Finnegan's.

"Some Random Bar LLC" is owned by two newcomers to the restaurant business, Michael S. Maione and his wife, Jean M. Wallace. No further information is available in public records. Meantime, Finnegan's Irish sibling, the Celtic Swell, remains open on Alki in West Seattle.
