Dackel Pop-Up Starts Today; $4 Cupcake Royale Sundaes

CAPITOL HILL— Volunteer Park Cafe owner Ericka Burke tells Capitol Hill Seattle she's ready to rehabilitate the exterior of VPC — a cafe and grocery that's housed in a building she purchased back in March. She says, "Obviously, I have a limited budget but I want it to be at the level of the rest of the neighborhood." SEATTLE— Starting this Sunday (June 2), Cupcake Royale will be offering sundaes for $4 every Sunday in June (there are 5 of them!).
