A 'No Soba, Just Ramen' Pop-Up at Miyabi 45th

Miyabi 45th is hosting a ramen pop-up this coming Sunday and Monday. The Wallingford restaurant is taking reservations, and is already filling up quick. According to manager Sean Becktel:

We'll have three ramen dishes, all traditional chyashu (pork) for $12 and $14 and one Jiro-style, which is less liquid, but double the chyashu and noodles for $17. There will also be some appetizers and desserts as well as some special cocktails.

Miyabi will be doing the pop-up Sunday, June 2 from 11 to 2:30 pm and Monday, June 3 from 5 to 10 pm. For reservations, call (206) 632-4545.
