He recently left his post at RN74 to focus on his new role as wine and service director for Jason Stratton's forthcoming Aragona, which is set to open sometime in late summer. "It's something Seattle doesn't currently have. I think there's a lot of opportunity there to give the Seattle diner an experience that's needed and will be fairly unique," says Tanghe.
