Yes, it's a chain. And it's coming to U-Village sometime late this year, perhaps December, reports Seattle Met.
What is Eureka? It's a burger bar concept based out of California that also specializes in booze. The new Eureka will have 40 taps — a third of which will be rotating Washington picks. Nosh Pit did some digging and found that Eureka's bars only stock one type of each non-brown liquor. "So only one gin, one vodka, etc. But every one of these is a spirit (a good spirit) made by a brewery."
Eureka will join Din Tai Fung and Liam's (along with a rumored restaurant/bar from the JOEY team) as part of the culinary makeover of U-Village this year.
