The Rover's Legacy

Seattle Met has four legacies Rover's will be leaving us when it bids adieu in two weeks. Pretty plates, a Seattle French Quarter, Nord-Ouest cuisine and a spendy, not stuffy environment round out the things many of us will miss when it goes away after 26 years. Says owner Thierry Rautureau of the folks who have made reservations for the last supper on June 23, "At least 30 percent of the people coming in are first-timers who say they've been wanting to come to Rover's for 10 or 15 years."
