Matthew Lewis, the Matt of Where Ya At Matt, tells Nosh Pit he expects to unveil his new restaurant in August. Lewis says his New Orleans-inspired Roux will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and beignets and chicory coffee all day. Ironically, Roux is taking over the former Buckaroo space in Fremont.
