starbucks-logo.jpgStarting today, Starbucks will kick up the cost of some of its drinks by about one-percent per beverage. That shakes out to about a dime more per cup for those who drink smaller coffees (i.e. not Frappuccinos or large brewed drinks). The increase comes despite the fact that lower coffee costs "have boosted the company's profits" in recent months. [AP]
