The Seattle Times sits down with Linda Derschang to talk about how she's managed to open a string of successful bars. Her rise to becoming Seattle's nightlife maven began in 1994 when she opened Linda's Tavern. Her next project, Tallulah's, is expected to open in October. Says Derschang: "I like creating different feelings in each one of them ... I don't really think about whether I've made an impact. I'm just trying to create places where people want to go."
