Theo Chocolate is hosting a series of Chocolate University classes at its Fremont factory this summer to teach the basics of chocolate tempering and handcrafted chocolate making. The next class, salted butter toffee, will be held tomorrow, followed by hand-rolled ganache truffles on July 31. Both classes run from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
