After a rough start out of the gate last year, Providence Cicero says Manhattan has turned the meat around, for the most part. She says the Capitol Hill steakhouse has made some improvements, including the acquisition of chef "KP" Panyathong last July, but: "Steaks are still featured, but the filet, rib-eye and Cali-cut New York are choice, not prime. The rest of the menu looks to the South for inspiration." Two-and-a-half stars. [Seattle Times]
