Both Walrus and the Carpenter and Elliott's land on Food & Wine's list of America's best oyster bars. Of Walrus, F&W writes: "The selection constantly changes, but often includes sweet oysters from Samish Bay, and Hama Hama oysters from the mid-Hood Canal."
