Vital Update

The opening of Rachel's Ginger Beer in Pike Place Market has been pushed to Tuesday. Earlier reports suggested the new soda fountain and bar (with ice cream!) would open last Sunday in the old Seattle's Best Coffee shop, and then it was Saturday, but now according to owner Rachel Marshall, the date has been pushed back once again because the space is "still very much a construction zone."
