A new burger joint is getting ready to open on Broadway. Freddy's, named after owner Freddy Rivas (the same guy who opened Rancho Bravo), will open sometime this week, if Capitol Hill Seattle sources are correct. Freddy's will replace the short-lived Grubwich which replaced Pita Pit last year. [CHS]
