The Seattle Times has a few choice picks for where to take your party pants during Block Party weekend. While there are plenty of spots on the hill to drink crazy shit, drink for cheap, eat late, eat things on a stick, it's hard to go wrong with these guys: Cha Cha Lounge ("a hipsterized Día de los Muertos"), Capitol Cider (pub food, gluten-free friendly), Honey Hole (sandwiches, duh), and Unicorn (carnival food, Jell-O shots).
