Monte Cristo is Hitting the Road...for Good

Monte Cristo, we barely knew ya!

After almost a year, the grilled cheese and mobile melts food truck (and one of Seattle's Must-Have Food Truck Dishes) is packing up and moving to Portland. Founder Danielle Custer says:

Your favorite yellow-and-white-polka-dotted food truck has accepted an offer to switch gears (and cities!) and work full-time feeding the hungry employees of a technology company in Portland, Oregon. We know Seattleites will miss Monte, and so will we. And although we can't say anything officially yet, I'm excited about some new opportunities down the road.

Monte's "Final Meltdown" bon voyage party takes place from 11 am to 2 pm Friday, August 16, at 2nd and Pike.
