Starting today, Chipotle will be testing its popular vegetarian Sofritas in all of its Washington stores. Sofritas — shredded tofu braised with chipotle chilies, roasted poblano peppers and a blend of aromatic spices — is already being tested in San Francisco and other parts of California. Sofritas is available in burritos, tacos, burrito bowls, and salads and can be combined with other signature ingredients. Sofritas testing also launches today in Oregon and Vancouver, B.C.
