Nearly one-year after announcing he was leaving his exec chef post at Toulouse Petit to pursue dreams of his own restaurant, and three dry-runs (he quietly opened last night following a friends and family feast on Monday), Eric Donnelly is celebrating the grand opening of RockCreek in Fremont.
The former Dovetail Construction space (next to Uneeda Burger and across the way from Dot's) has been transformed into a high-ceiling, barn-like eatery that includes a patio, an upstairs loft and private dining room. And just enough fishing paraphernalia to get the point across.
Doors open for dinner tonight. Get on it.
