SEATTLE— Seattle Met has a list of local establishments that take bacon to the extreme. Making the cut: Some Random Bar's chocolate-dipped bacon (pictured), the tempura-fried Kurobuta thick-cut bacon at John Howie Steak and the deep-fired anger dog at Po Dog, which is a hot dog wrapped in bacon and dunked in the fryer.
