The Stranger's BJC reviews the stunning Stoneburner this week. While she doesn't knock the food too severely, she finds it far from inventive, citing chef Jason Stoneburner's past employment with mega-restaurateur Ethan Stowell as a reason: "...the Stoneburner menu is, in the context of Seattle, unmistakably Stowellian. It's rustic Italian with seasonal Northwest ingredients, with a familiar list of snacks...housemade pasta...and a few large plates with hunks of protein..." [The Stranger]
