Bloom is getting ready for its second day of (hopefully, less stressful) service. The newest Ballard restaurant opened at 4 pm yesterday.
On the restaurant's Facebook page this morning, chef/owner Jason Harris writes:
I want to say Thanks to everyone who came out last night to our Grand Opening. It was (of course) not ideal for our credit card processor to temporarily stop working, for our meat delivery person to forget our pork belly, and for our menus to not be ready until just after we opened.
