Westward, the North Lake Union-perched restaurant from Skillet founder Josh Henderson, will be opening in time for lunch at 11 am Tuesday, September 3, and will continue to operate daily until 10 pm. Brunch times will be announced soon. Zoi Antonitsas (Top Chef, Madison Park Conservatory) is the chef in charge. She and her crew will will be busy with a few practice runs over the next few days.
As with most new restaurants, there will be a "soft opening" before the grand unveil, which means limited reservations will be accepted beginning next week. Keep an eye on the Huxley Wallace Facebook page for updates on when tables can be snagged.
Little Gull grocery/champion-shucked oyster bar will also be operating on the same schedule.
