Working from a shared kitchen in Harlem, they obsess over crafting the perfect bitters, ensuring that every detail of the process is flawless, and every dash of bitters elevates the cocktail in which its used. They used Kickstarter to fund the first batch for Hella Bitter, and haven't looked back since. In the spirit of Charles Tanqueray—the founder of his namesake gin who was obsessed with creating the perfect gin—the crew behind the brand continue to pay attention to every detail of the process.
