SEATTLE— Tickets go on sale tomorrow for the Craft Beer + Food 2013. The third annual food and beer pairing event takes place at the Tyee Yacht Club on Lake Union Wednesday, September 25, starting at 6 pm. New this year: Luc, Ballard Annex Oyster House, Seastar, The Sixgill and Tanakasan. Additionally, Bluebird Ice Creamery and Brewery will provide dessert, which will involve the pairing of its own ice cream and beer. The cost is $35 and tickets will be available online starting at 9 am tomorrow. This not-for-profit event benefits Seattle Tilth and the Just Garden Project. [EaterWire]

BALLARDSerious Eats has a first look at the cocktails helping to anchor the new Percy's & Co. as Ballard Ave's resident apothecary bar. Seven of the 12 slides are dedicated to drinks, ranging from Mother's Helper ($8) — kombucha, sage-infused gin, sour mix, juiced red grapes — to the Aguacate Grasa ($10), which isn't even on the menu yet: a mix of smoked de-seeded pasilla peppers, avocado, house sour mix, Cointreau, orange rind oil, and cilantro-infused blanco tequila with smoked sea salt sprinkled on top. BALLARDMy Ballard reports that on Wednesday, a new Korean deli called Kimchi House will open in the space that, up until just a few weeks ago, occupied O'Shan Sushi (5809 24th Ave NW). Owner Kerri Junio, whose family owns O'Shan, tells the blog that they'll (of course) be selling homemade kimchi, but that they'll also have a signature dish of grilled pork belly served with sauteed kimchi and rice. And also this: kimchi fries, which are basically like chili fries with a Korean twist. Kimchi House will open at noon sharp. [My Ballard]
