Sun Liquor Distillery is ramping up production because of a new contract to produce mini bottles of its vodka, gin and rum for Alaska Airlines.
CHS reports that the distillery has snapped up an empty space across the street on E. Pike next to Kaladi Brothers Coffee. Distillery owner Michael Klebeck tells the blog that by his estimations, the airline deal represents a 50% increase in production.
The new bottling production facility is expected to be up and running in about two weeks.
