Oh, hey, Jason Stratton. Whaddya got there, a giant pile of pasta? The chef behind Spinasse and Aragona, who moonlights as an artist, will be showing off some of his work at 7 pm tonight as part of an exhibit called "Devotion" at Hedreen Gallery. His piece (pictured) is essentially a big ol' pile of tajarin on a wooden pedestal. He says: "It's a piece about devotion to craft and the process of object making." Stratton will also be reading a piece about his sculpture/installation at tonight's show opener. [EaterWire]
