San Francisco chef Daniel Patterson is going on tour with his new book, Coi: Stories and Recipes, and he's stopping in Seattle. The book is a documentation of Patterson's two-Michelin star restaurant, Coi. It's also the first time international publishing house Phaidon has taken on an American chef (their roster includes chefs like René Redzepi, Magnus Nilsson, and Alex Atala). The book goes on sale October 14 (pre-order on Amazon).

Patterson will be at Canlis on Tuesday, October 29, to celebrate the release of his book. Tickets are $150, which includes food, drink and signed copy of book.

Head over to Eater National for more information on (and a look inside the) book.>>>
