Saved by the Sell: Bauhaus Takes Over Capitol Club Space

Forced out by redevelopment, Bauhaus has found a new, albeit temporary, home: The Capitol Club. The long-standing coffee house will move into the space (just a couple blocks away) once the club closes Saturday, instead of relocating to another neighborhood. Bauhaus owner Joel Radin tells CHS that he's "pretty happy to still be in the neighborhood and to keep another great Pine Street location's spirit alive." Radin plans to be in the Capitol Club space during the two years of demo/construction involving his current space on Melrose and Pine that Bauhaus has called home for 20 years. After that, he says he'll transform the club into some sort of new venture.
