The Seattle P.I. is running a slide-show of regional fast-food chains that haven't quite made it to Seattle, including Chick-fil-A, which has filed a permit application to build a store on a vacant lot in Northgate. The controversial chain is already planning locations in Lynnwood and Tacoma.
